I'm what the experts call "Hopelessly Single". Normally such an affliction isn't so bad were it not today. Even if I had the time to look for a significant other, I lack the charisma and courage needed to get anywhere. And even if I had those, I'm a 21 year old schlub still living with his mother who doesn't own a car and whose hobbies consist of comics, video games, and D&D. *wallowemoemoemowallowpitypitymopemopemop e*

In happier news, I'm set for a secondary evaluation at the DELL tech support center in town, meaning I'm that much closer to getting 1) a good job, 2) a steady income, and 3) a better computer Oh, and if anyone knows of a good Windows operating manual available online, help a brother out? (and yes, I know I'm white, it's just an expression)

In other nifty news, we have a new addition to the family A week or two ago my mother looked out her window at work at the birdfeeder set up in the courtyard and thought "What's that ball of green doing in there..." Turns out, it was a budgie! Mom and her coworkers quickly caught the little guy and since we already have a birdcage she brought him home My sister dubbed him "Spike" for being tough enough to survive the cold, and he's now living with us with his new best friend Joey (our original budgie). Sooner or later I think Joe is going to rub off on the little guy, which means we'll have two little avian smartasses flapping around

In other other news my efforts to churn out comic scripts has been going slow. My partner in crime ~Art-n-Coffee has been similarly bogged down, which is a shame since I can't wait to see her illustrations. A little pixel manip for ~Scarfgirl has been sidetracked since I installed that update for Paint.Net and now I can barely tell which end is up on it My good buddy ~Polarzen has managed to finish his City of Heroines collection and is now starting on a request for me that I've been waiting ages for Go give his page some love, 'kay?
